Shipping policy

Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

United States: Standard shipping, 5 to 8 business days, USD $6.95. Free standard shipping on orders of USD $75.00 and up.

Australia: Standard shipping, 3 to 5 business days, $11.00, free on orders of $100.00 and up. Express shipping, 1 to 2 business days, $15.00.

 

Delivery times are estimates from dispatch and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or peak periods.

 

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us.

 

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We can update an address before dispatch. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address may incur a re-shipping fee.

 

Lost or missing parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
